CNC Machining Service

E-make runs 3- and 5-axis CNC milling machines alongside CNC turning, producing metal and plastic parts to order. Tolerances are held as tight as ±0.01 mm, to ISO 2768-m and ISO 2768-f, and to ISO 286 grades 6, 7 and 8.

Parts can be delivered in as little as three days, which makes CNC machining the usual choice when a prototype has to be tested quickly, or when a short production run is needed without committing to tooling.

Materials: aluminium and aluminium-magnesium alloys, zinc, titanium, brass, stainless steel, mild steel, Invar and copper; ABS, PC, PMMA, POM, PP, PE, HDPE, PEI, PBT, PET, PPA, PPS, PVC and glass-filled nylon. Finishing: polishing, mirror polishing, anodising, plating, sandblasting, passivating, blacking, painting, silk-screen, laser engraving and powder coating. Colours matched to a sample or Pantone reference.
