METAL CNC
Finished metal parts cut straight from solid stock, with no tooling and no minimum order.
Metal CNC machining cuts a finished part directly from solid stock — aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, brass, copper or titanium — using computer-controlled milling and turning. Nothing is moulded or cast, so there is no tooling to pay for and no minimum order.
Tolerances are held as tight as ±0.01 mm to ISO 2768-m and ISO 2768-f. Parts come off the machine with the mechanical properties of the parent material, so a machined prototype behaves like the production part rather than approximating it.
It suits functional prototypes tested under load, jigs and fixtures for your own line, and short runs where moulding cannot be justified by the volume. Finishing includes bead blasting, anodising, powder coating, polishing, plating and laser engraving.
A selection of metal CNC parts machined for clients over the past year, in aluminium, stainless steel, brass and titanium.
