Speed Up Medical Product Development

Medical hardware moves through more design revisions than most products, and each one has to be held, fitted and tested before it is signed off. We build those revisions the same week you send them, machined from medical-grade ABS, polycarbonate, POM, PEEK or 316L stainless, or vacuum cast when you need ten to fifty parts without cutting a tool. When the design is frozen we run the same drawing to production, so nothing has to be re-engineered between prototype and shipment. Medical Manufacturing Services

CNC machining

Three-, four- and five-axis milling and turning to ±0.01 mm. We run 316L and 304 stainless, titanium, 6061 and 7075 aluminium, brass, and medical-grade ABS, polycarbonate, POM, PEEK and PMMA. Single parts through to a few thousand, with a dimensional report on every batch.

Vacuum casting

Ten to fifty parts from one silicone tool in five to seven days. Resins matched to ABS, PP and PC, plus rubber-like grades from 30 to 90 Shore A. Colour is mixed into the resin rather than sprayed on, so a scuff does not show white underneath.

Injection moulding

Aluminium and steel tooling built in-house, first shots in 15 to 30 days. Medical-grade ABS, PC, POM and PEEK, with textures to a supplied reference and colour matched to Pantone. Tools are stored with us so repeat runs skip the tooling lead time.

Sheet metal

Laser cutting, CNC bending and TIG welding in stainless and aluminium, from 0.5 to 6 mm. Used for equipment chassis, trolleys, brackets and panels. Finishes include bead blasting, passivation, powder coating and silk screening.

3D printing

SLA, SLS and metal printing for parts that would be slow or impossible to machine. Best for early form studies, internal channels and lattice structures. Printed parts can be machined afterwards where a mating face needs a real tolerance.
