One-stop contract manufacturing
Manufacturing on Demand for the Automation & Robotics Industry
We machine robot arm joint brackets, gripper jaws, linear rail mounts and gearbox housings in 7075 and 6061 aluminium and steel, under ISO 9001:2015, with every RFQ answered in 24 hours.

Build Automation & Robotics Hardware Without Waiting on Tooling
Three things you get on every job, whether it is one part or a hundred.
One supplier, every process
CNC machining, vacuum casting, injection moulding, sheet metal and 3D printing in one factory. A project never gets handed between suppliers halfway through.

Measured, not assumed
±0.01 mm on machined metal. A dimensional report ships with every batch and material certificates are available on request.
Tolerance and Stiffness in Robot Structures
A robot arm carries its own mass through every cycle, so the joint brackets and end effector plates we machine are cut from 7075-T6 where stiffness-to-weight governs and 6061-T6 where cost and anodising matter more. Bore positions on gearbox housings and linear rail mounts hold to +/-0.01 mm, because a rail that sits 0.05 mm out of parallel binds the carriage and wears the bearings early. Most projects start with CNC prototypes in two to seven days for a fit check on the cell, move to 10 to 50 vacuum cast covers or low-volume batches in 7 to 15 days, then to steel tooling once the cycle count justifies it.
Top Automation and Robotics Applications
- Robot arm joint brackets, 7075-T6 aluminium, hard anodised
- Gripper jaws in hardened tool steel and 6061 aluminium
- Linear rail mounts, 6061-T6, flatness within 0.02 mm
- Gearbox housings in 6061-T6 with +/-0.01 mm bore pitch
- Sensor brackets, 1.5 mm 1.4301 stainless, laser cut and bent
- End effector plates in 7075-T6, 8 to 25 mm thick
Automation and Robotics Customers We Machine For
- Robot arm OEMs building 5 to 50 kg payload units
- System integrators who fit out production cells
- End-of-arm tooling firms making grippers and jaws
- AGV and AMR builders that need chassis brackets
- Machine vision suppliers mounting cameras and lasers
Automation and Robotics Manufacturing Capabilities
CNC Machining for Joints, Housings and Jaws
Three, four and five-axis milling and turning to +/-0.01 mm in 7075-T6, 6061-T6, 1.4301 stainless and hardened tool steel. Five-axis work holds bore-to-bore pitch on gearbox housings and cuts weight out of joint brackets in one setup, so datum error does not stack. Prototypes ship in 2 to 7 days, low-volume batches in 7 to 15 days.
Vacuum Casting for Covers and Housing Mock-Ups
Silicone tools taken off a machined or SLA master give 10 to 50 polyurethane parts in 5 to 7 days. Used for robot arm shrouds, cable covers and control box housings while the enclosure design is still moving, and for ABS-like and glass-filled resins when a cell needs a dozen sets before the injection tool is cut.
Injection Moulding for Grippers and Cable Guides
Aluminium and steel tools cut in-house, first shots in 15 to 30 days. Suits the plastic parts that repeat across a fleet: gripper pads, drag chain links, sensor shrouds, connector covers and gearbox end caps in nylon 66, 30 percent glass-filled PA, POM and ABS. Aluminium tooling covers pilot runs and short series; steel is cut when a robot line stays in production for years.
Sheet Metal for Guards, Panels and Frames
Laser cutting, CNC bending and TIG welding in 0.5 to 6 mm steel, stainless and aluminium. Cell guarding, sensor mounting plates, cable tray brackets, controller enclosures and light AGV chassis panels. Flat patterns are developed with the bend allowance for the material and tool radius, so holes land where the drawing puts them after forming rather than after a fitter drills them on site.
ISO 9001:2015 certified, with in-house CMM and dial-indicator inspection. Every batch ships with a dimensional report, and material certificates are traceable to the batch or heat number on request.
Automation & Robotics Manufacturing Services
CNC machining
Joint brackets, gearbox housings, linear rail mounts and end effector plates in 7075-T6, 6061-T6, 1.4301 and 1.4404 stainless, and hardened tool steel for gripper jaws. Positional tolerance to +/-0.01 mm, bores reamed or bored rather than milled, and threads tapped to the sizes the drawing calls out.
Vacuum casting
Silicone tooling off a CNC or SLA master, 10 to 50 parts in 5 to 7 days. Robot arm shrouds, teach pendant shells, cable covers and control box housings in polyurethanes that stand in for ABS, PP and glass-filled nylon, cast in colour or painted and pad printed to match the arm.
Injection moulding
Aluminium and steel tools built in-house, first shots 15 to 30 days. Gripper pads, drag chain links, sensor shrouds and connector covers in nylon 66, 30 percent glass-filled PA, POM and ABS. Threaded brass inserts are installed in-house so the moulded part arrives ready to bolt to the arm.
Sheet metal
Laser cutting, CNC bending and TIG welding, 0.5 to 6 mm. Cell guards, controller enclosures, cable tray brackets, sensor mounting plates and AGV chassis panels in mild steel, 1.4301 stainless and 5052 aluminium. Welded frames are powder coated, stainless panels passivated and aluminium panels anodised before wiring.
3D printing
SLA parts check gripper finger geometry and sensor bracket fit before metal is cut. SLS nylon suits cable guides and lightweight end effector shells that go straight onto a test cell. Metal printing covers topology-optimised arm links where machining would waste most of the billet.
Automation and Robotics Post-Processing Capabilities
- Hard anodising on 7075 joint brackets
- Bead blasting before anodising
- Passivation on stainless sensor brackets
- Powder coating on welded cell guards
- Laser marking part and revision numbers
- Threaded insert installation in moulded parts
