Communication hardware runs hot and often lives outdoors, so a prototype has to answer two questions at once: does the heat get out, and does the housing survive weather and UV without distorting.

We machine router and antenna housings, brackets, mounts and heat sinks in aluminium for thermal performance, and in ABS, polycarbonate or ASA where a radio-transparent or UV-stable enclosure is needed. Finishes include anodising and powder coating for outdoor use.
