Automotive Parts

An automotive prototype part is made to be tested, not just looked at. It goes on a rig or a vehicle and has to behave like the production component under heat, vibration and load, which rules out any process that only approximates the material.

We cut brackets, housings, ducting and trim from aluminium, steel and production-grade polymers, so a part behaves as the finished one will. Short runs are available for validation fleets and pilot builds, before a hard tool is justified by volume.
