Wood & Bamboo Prototypes

Wood and bamboo appear in consumer products wherever a warmer material is wanted — audio equipment, appliance fascias, chargers and premium packaging. A prototype in the real timber is the only way to judge grain, tone and finish, none of which a render predicts.

We machine casings, fascias, bases and trim from solid timber and laminated bamboo, then finish them by oiling, lacquering or laser engraving. Parts can be combined with machined metal or moulded plastic where a product mixes materials.
