Consumer Electronics Prototype

A consumer electronics prototype is the physical version of a product before its tooling exists. It answers the questions a render cannot: does the case close, does the button feel right, does the board fit, does the finish look like the one you approved.

We make enclosures, bezels, buttons, light pipes and battery covers in ABS, polycarbonate, PMMA and TPU. Clear parts can be vapour polished to optical quality, and colours are matched to a sample or a Pantone reference so the prototype looks like the product you intend to sell.
