Aviation Prototype

Aviation parts are made under two constraints at once: every gram counts, and every dimension has to be evidenced. A part that fits but cannot be shown to have been measured is not much use in this sector.

We machine brackets, housings, ducting and interior components in aluminium 6061 and 7075, titanium and high-temperature polymers such as PEEK. Tolerances are held as tight as ±0.01 mm and key dimensions are recorded on an inspection report, so the measurement travels with the part.
