What Is the Prototype Manufacturing Process?

It is the route a part takes from the moment you send us a drawing to the moment it arrives. There are two ways in — with CAD data, or without it — and they meet at the quote. From there every job follows the same path through machining, finishing, inspection and despatch.

Each stage is a real checkpoint. Nothing moves on until the one before it is signed off, and you see photographs of the finished parts before anything is packed.
