How Does E-make Control Quality?

Quality is our culture. When parts come off the machine they go to the quality department before anything else happens to them. Key dimensions are measured against the drawing and recorded on a First Article Inspection report. Dimensions are taken on calipers, micrometers and gauges, on a 2D vision measuring machine for profiles and small features, and on a CMM (coordinate measuring machine) where the drawing calls for true position or form.

Every batch ships with an FAI or OQC report, so you have the measured evidence rather than an assurance. Before packing we send photographs or video of the finished parts and wait for your confirmation.

If a dimension falls outside tolerance the batch does not ship. We tell you, show you the measurement, and remake the part.
