What Are Medical Device Prototypes?

A medical prototype is a working sample of a device part, made before tooling is committed. It lets you check fit, ergonomics and assembly against the real thing rather than a screen, and put a physical unit in front of regulators, clinicians and investors.

We machine and mould housings, enclosures, handles and internal components in medical-grade ABS, polycarbonate, POM and stainless steel. Key dimensions are measured and recorded on an inspection report with every batch, because a device part that is out of tolerance is not a cosmetic problem.
