How Does E-make Deliver Your Parts?

Once your parts have passed inspection we photograph them and send the pictures to you. Nothing is packed until you have seen the parts and confirmed you are happy with them.

After your approval the parts are packed for the journey. Prototypes and small runs are wrapped individually, then boxed with foam or moulded inserts so nothing shifts in transit. Larger or more fragile assemblies are crated.

We ship with FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT and SF Express, and send you the tracking number on the day the shipment leaves us.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Most orders reach you 7 to 10 working days after you confirm the order. That covers machining, finishing, inspection and the flight. Simple CNC and 3D printed prototypes are often quicker; parts that need tooling or a specialist finish take longer, and we give you the date when we quote rather than afterwards.

Express delivery is available when a deadline is tight. If a date matters, say so on your enquiry and we will build the schedule around it.

Where Does E-make Ship To?

We ship worldwide, door to door. Most of our clients are in the United States and Europe, and we deliver regularly to the UK, Germany, France, Canada and Australia.

Duties and import handling depend on your country. We can ship on either DAP or DDP terms, whichever suits how you account for imports.
