1,Programming: The programmer analyzes the 3D drawings data ,writes the programming language that controls the CNC machining center; because the robot parts have high precision, so they need to be extra careful when programming, and the requirements on the machine are also high.
2 Processing: Our engineer input the programmed language into the computer control processing center and execute the program commands.
3 ,Surface treatment:(sand blasting and gray anodizing) We need to polish it to smooth first, then sand blasting according to the sand size required by the customer, the last anodizing.
4, Assembly: After processing, it is to carry out data inspection on assembly problems, and trial assembly is required before surface treatment.
